1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

- Real walnut and oak veneer products show natural grain variation between batches.

- We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 Currency and Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
5.3 Pricing Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error on the Site (including but not limited to typographical mistakes), we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
5.4 Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in states where Halden House has a nexus, as required by U.S. state and local law. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Violations of these Terms
If your order is canceled after payment has been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms, costs, and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Halden House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product designs, videos, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of Halden House or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without prior written consent from Halden House, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing the Site
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use
The Halden House name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Halden House. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HALDEN HOUSE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
